Monsanto weighs fresh Syngenta takeover bid

Monsanto is weighing whether to launch anotherattempt to take over Swiss agrochemicals giant Syngenta, after the Swiss company snubbed an offer from a Chinese group, the Bloomberg financial news agency reported on Wednesday.
