http://i.cbc.ca/1.3472667.1456940424...v-watching.JPG March 1 was supposed to be the dawn of "new era of choice" for TV viewers. Unfortunately, it’s not. So far, the new CRTC regulations appear to be rather toothless — definitely not the game-changing legislation TV customers were hoping for.
